Standard Warranty:

The standard warranty period for the compressor is twelve (12) months from the date of its commissioning, but in no event shall exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture of the compressor.

Extended Warranty:

The extended warranty period for the compressor is thirty-six (36) months from the date of its commissioning, but in no event shall exceed forty-two (42) months from the date of manufacture of the compressor. The extended warranty is granted for a compressor for which the owner has entered into an agreement with an accredited «BZHO» service organization (the current list of such organizations is available on the «BREIZER» website) for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of the acquired compressor for a period of three (3) years. However, should the aforementioned agreement for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of the compressor acquired by the owner be terminated prematurely or be improperly performed by the owner with respect to the regularity, completeness, and quality of the work executed, the extended warranty shall be terminated, and the standard warranty period shall apply to the compressor: twelve (12) months from the date of its commissioning, but in no event shall exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture of the compressor.

To be eligible for extended warranty service, the compressor owner shall, no later than ten (10) business days from the date of the compressor’s commissioning, submit to «BZHO» via electronic mail a scanned copy of the completed commissioning certificate, duly executed by the owner and the organization that performed the installation and commissioning of the compressor. Failure to comply with this condition shall render the extended warranty null and void, and the standard warranty period shall apply to the compressor: twelve (12) months from the date of its commissioning, but in no event shall exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture of the compressor.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

In the event of compressor failure, to initiate a warranty claim, the compressor owner shall provide «BZHO» via electronic mail scanned copies of the following documents:

• The completed warranty card;

• The compressor commissioning certificate;

• A claim report specifying the nature of the defect, duly executed by the owner.*

• In the event of an extended warranty, the owner shall provide scanned copies of the agreement entered into with a «BZHO»-accredited service organization for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of the compressor, as well as records of all work and services performed under said agreement in accordance with the regulations governing their execution.

Failure to provide the aforementioned documents shall entitle «BZHO» to refuse consideration of the compressor owner’s claim until such documents are received.

«BZHO» reserves the right to additionally request from the owner the schematic and installation diagram of the system, as well as any other technical documentation detailing the characteristics of the system and electrical connections.

Upon receipt of the aforementioned documents, «BZHO» shall confirm the existence of the warranty and inform the owner of the addresses of accredited service organizations that directly perform warranty repairs. Confirmation by «BZHO» of the existence of the warranty does not predetermine whether the event in question qualifies as a warranty claim; this shall be determined following the assessment of the compressor’s defects by the service organization.

The delivery of the compressor to the service organization shall be the sole responsibility and expense of the owner.

«BZHO» reserves the right to, instead of providing warranty repairs, perform a warranty replacement of the defective compressor with a similar, functional compressor.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:

The warranty shall not extend to cases where the breakdown, malfunction, or improper operation of the compressor is caused by the following circumstances:

• Mechanical damage, including damage sustained during the transportation, installation, and operation of the compressor;

• Evidence of unauthorized disassembly of the compressor without the involvement of «BZHO» or an accredited service organization;

• Negligence, improper maintenance, or storage;

• Unqualified installation and commissioning of the compressor;

• Connection of equipment not in accordance with the electrical connection diagrams provided with the equipment;

• Installation of the compressor on a refrigeration system with incompatible cooling capacity;

• Insufficient ventilation in the room where the compressor is installed;

• Use of uncertified current protection devices;

• Use of oil or refrigerant not conforming to the compressor (unit) markings, as well as in cases of equipment damage due to insufficient system cleaning;

• Operation of the compressor in violation of the requirements set forth in the technical documentation for the compressor;

• Absence of anti-acid and dirt filters on the suction line in the system;

• Failure to conduct tests confirming the system’s leak-tightness and cleanliness, as well as the serviceability of its other components, prior to installation of the compressor and/or related refrigeration equipment;

• Other causes not attributable to the warrantor.

IN THE EVENT OF WARRANTY REPAIR OF THE COMPRESSOR, THE WARRANTY PERIOD SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED OR RENEWED.
